The Battle Belongs to the Lord Week 1: Opening Our Eyes to the Spiritual Battle

Pastor Jonathan begins a new sermon series called the Battle Belongs to the Lord. As Christians, we are taught our battles are not fought against flesh and blood but against the evil spiritual forces in the world. However, we see many physical battles that take place throughout the Old Testament. What principles can we learn from these Old Testament battles that can help inform our spiritual battle today? This week, Jonathan took us through Numbers 13 and 14, the story of the Israelites sending scouts into the promised land.
